What to expect?

  • Working on your own mental health and healing can be tiring, difficult and time consuming. I cannot "fix" everything, but we can work together to improve symptoms and improve your overall health
  • I will ask for honesty, transparency and an open mind. I always believe in growth and mutual respect.
  • I meet you at a place of radical acceptance, I accept you as you are under your specific circumstances
  • I will ask about involvement of family/friends/caretakers- when others surrounding you are supported, you will often feel more support
