My office is a calm, quiet space for children (and their parents) with mental health needs. I am licensed to care for children ages 6 and up with disorders such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder or trauma.
I have special interest in supporting parents/caregivers of children with mental health issues, as this is a particular group that is often left out. Research shows that mental health of children improves greatly when parents and caregivers are themselves supported.
